“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are”
Carl Jung

My practice

I believe we can move towards greater psychological balance and flexibility when we begin to process past traumas, connect with our emotions in the present, and live in congruence with our values. I approach my work from the belief that we all have the capacity to heal and return to our natural state of wholeness. I believe there is wisdom within our mind, body, and spirit that moves towards growth and healing when we are given a safe and ethical space to allow this process to unfold.
